Summary/Abstract: Today's global world in which we live is a mixture of cultures and values, which have acquired their own form in contemporary societies. This article aims to bring more clarity to this process of inclusion of the different elements of the value system, by drawing attention to two distant and fundamentally different, in their original essence, cultures: Bulgarian and Japanese. Data and information from old and new written objects of research are compared, as a result of which it can be said that despite the different historical data, today the rapidly entering globalization in both cultures is noticeable.
