Summary/Abstract: In 2017, the book Cioplea, Residence of the Passionist Bishops (1806–1847), authored by Marius Oanță, was published by Sitech Publishing House in Craiova. Through this volume, the author aims to bring into discussion the events and the people who, through their love and charity toward their fellow human beings, succeeded over time in shepherding the Pavlikian Bulgarians who had fled from Ottoman persecution, guiding them toward the creation of a new community.
