Summary/Abstract: This study presents novel findings on the utilization of artificial intelligence among Generations X, Y, and Z in Slovenia. Through a survey of 722 individuals, we explored differences in AI usage and life satisfaction across these generations. Our focus was on three prominent AI models: ChatGPT, Gemini, and Bing. The primary hypotheses were: H1: There is a statistically significant difference in Summary Satisfaction with Life (SumSWL) among different generations and H2: There is a statistically significant difference in the use of AI language models (GPT, Gemini, and Bing) among different generations. Our findings confirm a clear generational divide in AI adoption. Younger generations, particularly Generation Z, demonstrate a higher propensity for using AI tools compared to older generations. Among the analyzed AI models, ChatGPT emerged as the most popular, especially among younger demographics. However, there are no significant differences in Summary Satisfaction with Life (SumSWL) between any of the generational pairs.
