The research digs into the available avenues for victims to seek redress for such violations, analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of legal frameworks. By synthesizing case studies and legislative frameworks from diverse legal systems, the study seeks to identify practical approaches for improving access to justice, legal accountability, and the role of international law.
