Summary/Abstract: The global pandemic led to an increase in the number of insolvency proceedings – national and cross-border. The aim of this report is to analyze the conditions for the opening of secondary insolvency proceedings in Bulgaria and the difficulties which Bulgarian courts have experienced applying the relevant legislation.
