Summary/Abstract: In the past few months, the legislature's efforts have been direct toward comprehensively creating a draft law to regulate public relations between debtor-consumers and their creditors. The report will provide a detailed analysis of the proposed draft law submitted for discussion in the National Assembly, as well as the problems that would arise upon the adoption of the project in its current version.
