Summary/Abstract: In recent years, organizations have increasingly integrated artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into human resource management (HRM) processes to enhance employee engagement. AI-based platforms play an important role in helping companies better understand, measure, and improve the motivation, satisfaction and commitment of their workforce. This study explores the application of AI tools in managing employee engagement, outlining their key features and capabilities. Practical implementations from real business environments are discussed. In addition, the main trends in the development of AI solutions for employee engagement are outlined.
