Summary/Abstract: The new technological era poses industrial enterprises with the challenges of the rapidly changing economic landscape, which requires new practices for managing production processes and human capital. Knowledge related to the development of the industry leads to improved production, to an increase in capital in a global aspect, to the improvement of production processes. All this is a consequence of the rapid development of science and technology. The focus of business is directed towards creating new technologies, to conquering new spaces related to the acquisition of resources and added value. But in addition to technologies, human capital turns out to be a key factor for adding value to the industry through knowledge, skills, creativity, innovation, flexibility and adaptability to changes. Man in the era of artificial intelligence is faced with the challenge of increasingly expanding his intellect not only in the field of exact sciences, but also to develop his emotional and social intelligence. The great challenge of the changes in the new technological revolution (5.0) is the achievement of synergy between man and robotics.
