Summary/Abstract: Digitalization is entering our society with an increasing speed. If in the 80s-90s of the last century industrialization was underway, today we are witnessing the transition to an information society, where information is the main means of competition. In this regard,, the way it is presented is key for the organization. For this purpose, the skills for creating interesting information content also come to the fore. Digital skills today have allowed employees to be very flexible, working anywhere. The paper focuses on the digitalization of the workforce in the EU context. For this reason, the level of digital skills and what impact it has on them has been analyzed.
