Summary/Abstract: The subject of analysis and evaluation in this report are also the specific features of the 5.0 working world and some options for dealing with conflict and difference in an organisational environment. The aim of the study is to derive proven tools for managing conflict and cultural differences in order to create a more inclusive and productive work environment. It is argued that dealing with the current challenges of the external environment is possible through the application of appropriate tools. A methodology for the application of the proposed tools is proposed, which considers weaknesses and opportunities for overcoming them in managing conflict and difference in a 5.0 work world
