It is most often 14 years in most countries, but what about children who have committed mass or serious murders, who are not yet 14 years old!?. The judicial system is still looking for adequate solutions for such cases, but it is evident that there are many doubts or loopholes in the law that make child murderers irresponsible for even the most heinous crimes.
