Summary/Abstract: The transformations that followed the COVID-19 pandemic marked the beginning of a new era in labor relations. Remote work is no longer considered an exception but has been integrated into legal and regulatory frameworks concerning employment, organizational structure, and working conditions. Nevertheless, certain aspects of the work process remain inadequately adapted to function with equal efficiency in both in-person and remote settings. Remote employee training, in particular, presents a significant challenge for employers, prompting the need for adjustments in corporate policies.
