Summary/Abstract: The report considers the possibilities for implementing an integrated and standardized approach to the organization of the workplace through the use of international standards ISO 45000 and ISO 30408 in the context of achieving the UN goals for sustainable development. It is analyzed how the tools laid down in both standards - related to health and safety at work, as well as to the effective management of human capital - can be synergistically used to create sustainable, fair and safe working environments. A framework for the integration of good practices, risk assessment processes, effectiveness indicators and employee engagement mechanisms, in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, is presented. The report also offers practical recommendations for organizational transformation through standardization, with a view to long -term social, economic and environmental sustainability.
