Summary/Abstract: We live in a dynamic and uncertain environment, where war is being waged near our country in the 21st century and people are dying every day!To preserve peace and security, we need military leaders with a vision for the well-being of our country, with the qualities to deal with the new realities of military conflicts, hybrid wars, terrorism, social tensions from the migrant flow, radicalization and terrorism!The purpose of the report is to examine the contemporary requirements for military leaders in conditions of uncertainty and to draw conclusions and inferences about their new qualities and skills for preserving the peace and sovereignty of our country!
