Summary/Abstract: The text is based on the authors' meaningful experience in the use of games in Human Resource Management (HRM) education and a survey among university professors. The main goal is to show that the use of game design in education reveals a wealth of opportunities to achieve desired learning outcomes. This is illustrated by the game format HERITAGE, used in the university training in HRM at the Faculty of Economics & Business Administration of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".
