Summary/Abstract: “Individuals who choose the teaching profession are required to complete initial training programs for a teaching career in pre-university education, in accordance with the provisions of the Higher Education Law and the present law.” - Article 170, paragraph (2) of the Pre‑University Education Law no. 198/2023. The conditions for occupying teaching positions in pre‑university education are detailed in Chapter VI of this law, starting with Article 176, which includes references to the role and specific features of university study programs in the didactic master’s degree.
