Summary/Abstract: In a world characterized by rapid and complex changes, organizations must continuously adapt in order to survive and thrive. This adaptation relies largely on an organization’s ability to learn and to change as it learns. The concept of learning organizations, proposed by Peter Senge, highlights the importance of the continuous development of employees’ knowledge and skills in order to enhance competitiveness and innovation (Senge, 2014).
