Perspectives on University-Level Theological Education in the Republic of Moldova: The Chișinău Extension of the “St. Dumitru Stăniloae” Faculty of Orthodox Theology of Iași (2023–2025)

Summary/Abstract: In the last three years, university-level educational projects in the field of theology have been implemented in the Republic of Moldova. In this context, we conducted a quantitative research study using a questionnaire-based survey among students of the Chișinău Extension of the “St. Dumitru Stăniloae” Faculty of Orthodox Theology of Iași, through which we collected and analyzed data in relation to age categories, social status, priorities, and the benefits of this study program. The findings highlight the need to adapt the academic approach to personal, group, and local particularities.
