Summary/Abstract: With the growing demand for goods and services, efficient urban logistics have become crucial for ensuring a high quality of life while meeting consumer needs and expectations. This study examines the current state, organization, and challenges of freight transport in the “Chataldja” district of Varna, aiming to identify opportunities for developing a sustainable urban logistics plan. The research includes stakeholder analysis—such as interviews with local retailers—as well as an assessment of the infrastructure. The findings reveal opportunities for improving transportation, delivery processes, and coordination among participants. Proposed solutions include the creation of micro logistics hubs, implementation of delivery time windows, and development of intelligent traffic management systems.
