Summary/Abstract: Modern technologies are an integral part of modern man's life. Thanks to them, including artificial intelligence and robots, it is possible to automate production, eliminate routine work, and support decision-making by processing large databases. This paper aims to examine the influence of artificial intelligence and robots in the tour guide profession by presenting results of a survey on the topic among future tourism specialists from the College of Tourism at the University of Economics - Varna.
