Summary/Abstract: In the modern economy and technological development, people in organizations are perceived as a key resource and carriers of competitive advantage. Management methods are changing, as are the demands on employees. The recruitment and selection of human resources is essential to the functioning and prosperity of organisations. The purpose of this study is to outline the major technologies and methods used in the practice of human resource recruitment and selection. The research paper covers the main aspects of the study, focusing on innovations in the recruitment process. An analytical methodology with a focus on applicability in real-world settings, specialized literature, research papers and other publications relevant to the topic are used. The findings highlight the importance of a balance between automation and human judgement.
