Summary/Abstract: This report aims to examine the impact of the European Green Deal on the Bulgarian economy through an analysis of existing data and policies. The study covers all sectors affected by climate change policies, applying a qualitative method and a deductive approach to develop the scientific publication. It is found that the transition requires serious reforms, but has the potential for sustainable development. The findings support the need for active preparation for the green transition.
