Summary/Abstract: This report aims to analyse international HRM practices in CluneTech through a comparative approach between Bulgaria and Ireland. The research covers the core HR activities of recruitment and selection, appraisal and reward, training and development, employment relations and the working environment. Key findings highlight the successful integration of global standards and local practices to create a unified employee experience. The report presents practical guidelines for international human resource management in multinational companies.
