Summary/Abstract: This article examines the phenomenon of the “glass ceiling” as an invisible but systemic barrier hindering the career advancement of women and minority group members. It analyzes factors such as gender stereotypes, unconscious biases, lack of mentorship, and institutional constraints. The consequences of this phenomenon are presented at both individual and organizational levels, along with concrete interventions to overcome inequality. The emphasis is placed on the need for cultural transformation and integrated inclusion policies.
