Summary/Abstract: Digitalisation covers all areas of life and economic activities. The COVID 19 pandemic has sharply promoted the use of IT technologies and the Internet. Trends such as working from home, hybrid solutions in work organisation and working in digital teams have emerged. In parallel, many questions have arisen about adequate and fair work organisation, staff competences in a digitalised environment, management of stress, overload and personal time in teleworking. The paper discusses trends and issues related to personnel recruitment and selection in the context of digitalisation. Some challenges related to work with artificial intelligence are summarized. Special attention is paid to gamification as a approach of motivation.
