Summary/Abstract: This paper explores the integration of artificial intelligence and data analysis in optimizing resources within the built environment. The research examines current methodologies for implementing AI-driven solutions in building management and resource allocation. Machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics are analyzed for their capacity to reduce energy consumption and improve operational efficiency. The study presents empirical evidence from recent implementations across various building types. Results demonstrate significant improvements in resource utilization through automated systems and real-time monitoring. The findings suggest that AI technologies can substantially enhance sustainability in construction and facility management. This research contributes to understanding how intelligent systems transform resource optimization in modern infrastructure.
