Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the main components of puppet theatre and their function in the creative process. Methods and techniques in the construction of story (images, actions and situations) in the fairy tale genre are considered (mainly from the examples of the author Gianni Rodari). Several basic approaches are outlined, applicable through the expressive means and techniques used in activities and therapies through art. These are mainly aimed at provoking fantasy in the creation of images and stories and at guiding unconventional solutions and developing creative reflection.
