Summary/Abstract: In the specialist literature, palliative care is seen as professional care that focuses on relieving the suffering of individuals when there is no prospect of cure or at the end of a person's life. Their primary goal is to provide comfort by focusing on symptom management and pain relief, as well as psychosocial and spiritual care. The aim of the master's thesis is related to the need for the development of palliative care to improve wellbeing in our country. This text presents chapter two of the master thesis.
