Summary/Abstract: The issue of quality in healthcare is becoming increasingly important and is continuously exacerbated as a result of the cumulative impact of a number of factors that increase competition between different healthcare organizations, the rapid development of medical science and practice, the creation of more effective methods of treatment and rehabilitation, the growth of the health culture of patients who have higher expectations and are more critical of the medical care provided to them, as well as the scarce resources available to the medical The problem of quality in healthcare is becoming increasingly important and is continuously becoming more acute, as a result of the combined influence of a number of factors that are increasing competition between different healthcare organisations, the rapid development of medical science and practice, the creation of more effective methods of treatment and rehabilitation, the growth in the health culture of patients who have higher expectations and are more critical of the care they receive, and the scarce resources available to healthcare organisations. This text presents the second, third and fourth chapters of the master thesis.
