Summary/Abstract: This study aims to assess the challenges and opportunities for modern management of the EU’s Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) in Bulgaria. The research employs methods such as reviewing regulatory documents, analyzing statistical data, and conducting expert interviews. The main tasks include identifying key obstacles in CAP implementation, evaluating the effectiveness of current management approaches, and offering improvement suggestions. The results reveal that despite bureaucratic hurdles and financial limitations, there are significant opportunities for innovative and efficient management solutions that could enhance the sustainable development of agriculture in Bulgaria.
