Summary/Abstract: This article explores the therapeutic potential of movement both in the general context of physical and mental health and in the specific framework of performing arts. It analyzes the role of physical activity as a means of strengthening the body, regulating emotions, and enhancing psychosocial well-being. Special attention is paid to stage movement as a form of art therapy, used in actor training to release emotions, overcome psychophysical blockages, and develop body awareness.
