Summary/Abstract: Artificial intelligence will significantly affect the global economy in the near future. This paper is focused on defining AI technologies and examining their impact on the economy and society. The continued development of AI technologies has recently reached an inflection point in mass adoption as organizations begin to realize the power and usefulness o f AI tools. Modern artificial intelligence covers several areas that can be useful to companies in the modern business environment. Key technologies such as machine learning, neural networks and computer vision are already reshaping the economy and services around the world. The countries that are most ready and open to AI are expected to benefit the most from Al, above all the US and China. In the short term, AI adoption offers immediate benefits at the company level, including greater efficiency, cost reduction, and easier decision-making across industries. In the long term, AI provides a competitive advantage, enabling companies to customize products, services and customer experiences, driving loyalty and innovation in business models. It is necessary to use AI responsibly, which means considering ethical issues as well as privacy issues.
