Summary/Abstract: The integrated approach to modeling regional economic development, which aims to reduce regional imbalances, is inextricably linked to the political, economic, administrative, and social processes taking place in the respective territories. The regional toolkit is designed to support the management of territorial development, ensuring its balance and sustainability. It is incumbent upon the modern state and municipalities to guarantee basic conditions for the population and business. In the context of contemporary challenges, our country is focusing on investments in innovation and technology, transforming central and local government, rethinking and implementing new forms of regional policies, developing technical and social infrastructure, and implementing projects and programs at national and European levels.
