Summary/Abstract: Actually the main objective of the European integration is the building of a European federation, based on supranational principles, expressed by Alexandre Marc within the May 1948 Hague Congress, regarding the creation of an European federation which had to have a Supreme Court as central institution, or by Robert Schumann during the presentation of the plan (which bears his name) before the Anglo- American Press Association in Paris (May 9, 1950), when he suggested the founding of the High Authority and before the France National Assembly (July 25,1959), when he submitted the idea of a supranational authority “independent in its decisions from both governments and particular interests”
