Summary/Abstract: Since the 2011 revolution, Tunisia has been in a fragile democratic transition phase, marked by economic, social, and institutional challenges. These flaws have allowed the emergence of complex hybrid threats generated by Islamist terrorist movements. This article explores these issues and proposes solutions to strengthen the state's resilience.
