In high-dynamics environments, effective team management requires a balance between structured decision-making and adaptive leadership. Commanders must allocate resources, manage logistics, and utilize emerging technologies like AI and real-time data to enhance situational awareness and mission readiness. As leaders, they must demonstrate emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to inspire teams under pressure. Military leadership requires rapid adaptation to changing threats, high-pressure decision-making, and maintaining team cohesion. Leadership theories offer insights into building trust and improving performance. The article also examines case studies and stresses the importance of continuous training and leadership development to prepare commanders for complex environments. Ultimately, integrating managerial skills with leadership is essential for mission success in modern military operations
