Summary/Abstract: Amira Avdić has been the president of the Women’s Association Srce i Duša (Heart and Soul) in Prokosovići near Lukavac for more than ten years. Since her youth, she has been involved in various activities in her local community, participating in youth organisations and the KUD Modrac cultural society. For forty years, she worked in the RK Vijenac in finance and accounting. She is a mother of two daughters and a grandmother to five grandchildren.
