Summary/Abstract: The in-depth scientific study of the theoretical propositions related to intelligence as a social phenomenon, as well as the analytical review of the internal departmental structure and the normatively regulated content of modern customs intelligence lead to the undisputed conclusion, that it is a specific manifestation of institutionally distinct intelligence activity.
