Summary/Abstract: The deontology of the security and public order services is a science of the proper exercise of official activity and the behavior of civil servants – administrative apparatus, professionals performing the most important functions for society, related to their assigned mission – to ensure security and preservation of public order in the country, by implementing in the most expedient manner the powers given to them by state bodies. The formulation of this problem is important for implementing the values of the rule of law, and in this regard it can be said that in a legal socially oriented state the civil service plays a significant role. Therefore, civil servants in the security and public order services must understand their purpose, feel their involvement in solving state problems, work hard, fulfilling their duty to the people and the state.
