Summary/Abstract: The report analyses the key challenges and strategic perspectives for the Bulgarian diplomatic service in the current geopolitical dynamics. It has examined the global processes of the great Powers, regional instability and hybrid threats, highlighting the need for modernisation, professionalisation and more active participation in international initiatives. Specific recommendations are made to improve the capacity of the diplomatic system, develop public diplomacy and digitalize the institutional framework.
