Summary/Abstract: Water resources determine both the satisfaction of the needs of the population and the satisfaction of the technological needs of a number of sectors of the economy, among which one of the main consumers is the agricultural sector. In regulatory terms, drinking water is qualified as a strategic resource, but this applies to all elements of the country's water balance. The management of water resources, their protection and maintenance, from the point of view of their importance, is also a problem of national security. In this regard, it should be emphasized that the management of water resources can be successfully supported by various intelligence methods.
