Summary/Abstract: Preparation of concepts and strategies for information provision in crisis situations, with the aim of adequate and competent management of forces and resources, is of key importance for the most effective possible handling of them and reducing to the minimum possible the negative consequences for the state and citizens. The analyses have applied a multidisciplinary approach through the interpretation of theoretical knowledge about systems, the general teaching of the state, the general teaching of security, the theory of the organizational-cultural model of the organization. At the conceptual and strategic level, a model has been synthesized for obtaining operational information by air means in a crisis area and its transmission in real time to the governing body of the state.
