Summary/Abstract: The place of digital technology at the center of the socio-political debate is very recent, as are the reflections on the social interaction of the different actors of the new emerging intangible space. It is undoubtedly the recent commoditization of digital identity that has revived the controversy over the need to revisit the constructivism of the social system. The process of building a digital people goes through the dynamics of internet users and the communization of digital identities in their adoptive residence which is cyberspace. Henceforth, individuals have internalized digital technology in their interactions and in their social demands. There follows an upheaval of the traditional social order where the protests of the digital people increasingly have real and material impacts on participation and political decisions as well as on representative democracy. This reality should not be overestimated, however, as it is still limited.
