Summary/Abstract: In the space of a few decades, professionalization has become a worldwide phenomenon linked to changes in education and training systems (Wentzel, Lussi Borer, Malet, 2015). Over the last fifteen years, it has become an object of study for many scientific meetings. The three main subjects of professionalization are training, people, and knowledge, and in this article, we will focus on people. The focus will be on Catholic primary school teachers in Burkina Faso and their professional development in the field.
