Summary/Abstract: Innovation and digital transformation are the driving force of several industries, one of them highly influenced by them is the tourism. Following the Pandemic, the tourism sector was crashed by enormous challenges leading to a much needed change in the approach toward the tourism product. The online based distribution channels of every element of the travel, following by interactive and engaging consumption of the product and much more web present feedback and follow up are of highest importance for the success of a tourist attraction. The strategical management of tourist attractions changed drastically in order to survive not only the competitive market, but rather to improve the product answering the tourist needs. The aim of the paper is to state the importance of experiences in museums for the tourist and to provide with suggestions how new technologies and innovations can help immerse them. With the help of systematical and coherent analysis of relevant academicals literature, as well as content analysis of users comments and feedback on the consumption of tourism product of museums, the paper objective is to be reached. Stakeholders of the research paper are museum managers, travel providers, tourists, destination management organizations etc.
