Summary/Abstract: Тhis article examines the Erasmus+ program as a key tool for promoting educational and professional mobility, creating new opportunities for the development of human capital in Bulgaria and the European Union. The program aligns educational needs with labor market demands by providing international exchange opportunities and preparing qualifiedprofessionals capable of meeting contemporary challenges. In Bulgaria, Erasmus+ plays a significant role in improving the skills of young specialists and strengthening the country's position in science and innovation.
