Summary/Abstract: Thе following report examines the different models for providing business services such as BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), SSC (Shared Service Center) and GBS (Global Business Services). The evolution of these models is traced and their most significant characteristics are highlighted. Emphasis is placed on the GBS model, as it contributes to the creation of the greatest added value in a company. The trends in the development of this type of organizations, as well as the challenges they face, are also analyzed.
