The challenges mediation faces in the context of the digital era, such as the lack of personal contact and potential technical difficulties, are analyzed. At the same time, the opportunities for innovations and technologies in the mediation process, including video conferencing, online platforms, and artificial intelligence, are also being considered. The report concludes that the effective use of mediation in the online environment can significantly improve conflict resolution in the digital age while promoting more effective and constructive communication between the parties.
