Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the research conducted and presented in this chapter is to identify and understand the various dimensions of well-being in the context of Polish enterprises. It analysed various dimensions of well-being in the context of Polish enterprises through qualitative research. The focus was on understanding how employees and managers experience emotional, psychological and social well-being. Interviews were conducted with 15 experts from different sectors, analysing their individual experiences and perceptions of well-being. The results indicate that emotional well-being, which is related to positive emotions and satisfaction with life, is central to an overall sense of happiness. Psychological well-being, which includes a sense of purpose and autonomy, significantly influences stress management and personal development. Social well-being, reflecting the quality of interpersonal relationships, is essential for a sense of support and belonging. In addition, the study revealed a new type of environmental well-being, related to sustainability efforts, which underscores the growing awareness of and responsibility for the environment.
