Summary/Abstract: The present work aims to highlight the role of health in the family. The family is theone that supports the health of its members both for the physical and the mentalcomponent, the family being responsible for creating optimal conditions for theachievement of this endeavor. Family health promotion can be defined as "theprocess by which families work to improve or maintain the physical well-being of thefamily unit and its members."In the paper I aim to briefly present the mechanisms of family health promotion, thefactors of change in the family, the promotion of health among older family members,the directions of action of health education, the importance of family health and amodern guide to the family, ,,how it revolutionizes Famtech company health andfamily well-being”.
